With this model, you will have access to a trained level 3 technical specialist who can troubleshoot and diagnose your server issues, after providing an initial up front rate and estimated hours that would be agreed upon by you prior to any work being engaged. We also offer access to on site field engineers (if they are needed to help triage or repair your server hardware) in both the U.S. and internationally, also on a T&M basis, that are backed by our level 3 specialists via phone support.
